Hi there, I'm installing debian on another Alpha. The install went well. However I'm having some problems getting X to work.
The graphics card is a Crucial ATI Radeon 8500 AGP card. The install asked me about X but it seems I didn't do the X bit correctly. However xf86setup nor Xconfigurator seem to work and don't seem to be in dselect. I can get xf86config to work but I'd prefer an alternative. I installed Woody to begin with but now have unstable set uop with apt-get, dselect. If anyone has any clues. Many thanks. Kind regards, Peter Watkinson [EMAIL PROTECTED]
