I got one of those cards running in my Digital Server 5305 and it works fine. I used the "Mylex Configuration and flash Utility (NEW)" found on http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/alphant/drivers/ to configure it (ran it as a utility from AlphaBios). I don't know about the config file tho.
