Yes, it should. According to my sources, the only difference is the part numbers, one indicating UNIX/VMX (B3007) and one indicating NT (B3107). HOWEVER, the suffix (-CA) MUST BE THE SAME!!!! This is an indicator of the speed (in this case, 533MHz), and different speeds CANNOT BE MIXED in a system.
