I dunno, but I've got three drive trays from an Alphaserver 4100 - UW SCSI external bays. Is that what you're looking for? They've got 8 drive bays, of which 1 or 2 can be taken up by power supplies, and a SCSI module. I don't need them - if you can pay for shipping (they're heavy monsters - - ~20 lbs fully loaded w/drives) you can have one.
