I have a Compaq XP1000 which refuses to boot. It produces 3 beepsand some output on the diagnostic leds, though. The error leds read 0011 0111 (D14->D21).
The manuals, that came with the machine back then aren't helpfull at all... (yes, the power cord is plugged :)
