Hi, I'm not exactly sure what you need, but the DS20 web pages are archived at http://h18002.www1.hp.com/alphaserver/archive/ds20/ and the ES40 pages are at http://h18002.www1.hp.com/alphaserver/archive/es40/ A google search on "BA356 storage" came up with this http://h18000.www1.hp.com/legacysupport/digital/pdf/clusuia.pdf . And backing up to http://h18000.www1.hp.com/legacysupport/digital/ brings up a old Compaq site. Another search on "BA356 shelf" seems to yield some potentially useful hits.
