I have a pair of DEC Personal Workstation 433au that I no longer use. They are free to anyone who wants to pick them up from Pittsburgh, PA.
The one I was using most recently has 1GB RAM and a decent graphics card. For a while, newer versions of Xorg didn't work on it. I'm not sure if that's been fixed, but older versions ran fine with DRI and good 3D acceleration. The other one has less memory, and a boring Matrox card IIRC.
