Why do you think that? You didn't even try to boot the actual kernel.

You need to type "0" to boot the first boot entry as explained above:

>   0-9                    Boot preconfiguration 0-9 (list with 'l')

Also, we have newer images available here:

FWIW, you have a non-BWX CPU [1], so the very latest ISO images from Debian 
Ports
won't work at the moment.
