Don't worry, but if you're going back to it, note that I also got a reject from your patch. It was easy to fix by hand though. One of the chunks that turned some parameter into an int* type required manual patching. I guess it was a whitespace issue because it looked exactly as in the patch.

I had to apply the patch at http://web38.austria182.server4free.de/forum2/viewtopic.php?t=23&highlight=dovmshmnopage+pud (4-level-pagetables.diff) as well to make it compile on an AMD64. Kernel 2.6.11-ck2 (contains 2.6.11.2 patches).
Now to try it...
