Hi, all my problems with k3b, konsole were fixed by using kde rather than windowmaker. Chroot is working, that is I can use openoffice. However, when I try and run vmware I get 'Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by C library', as it starts and then it runs and when I attempt to start a virtual machine I get 'Could not open /dev/vmmon: No such device. Please make sure that the kernel module `vmmon' is loaded.
