Well there is Asus K8S-MX, but is is an SiS chipset, which may or may not be better than the ATI. MSI K8MM-ILSR and K8TM-ILSR are Via based. Gigabyte GA-K8VM800M is a Via as well. Lots of choices (well maybe not lots, but some).

Yeah, but it looks like he's looking for a socket 939 board if he's using a ATI Radeon Xpress 200P board. Only other uATX 939 board that comes to mind is the Nforce4 based Foxconn Winfast NF4K8MC-ERS. No experience with that manufacturer, though, and it's not on the official AMD recommended list; YMMV. Only two memory slots as compared to four but the same 4Gb max. No integrated video, but midrange cards are relatively cheap.
