No, the -0pre1 is the Debian part, indicating this: - the 0 means unofficial packages, as KDE 3.4 will not go into sarge/sid - the package that will go into sid after the sarge release will start with -1 so upgrades will go fine - I'm not sure about the pre1/pre2.
