This isn't an amd64 specific question. When you're cross compiling it doesn't make any difference what machine you're compiling from.
This question is about a way to compile binaries for win64 under debian-amd64.
Does mingw64 even exist? google says it there's no such thing.
If no, what's the way to compile 64-bit windows binaries?
