This seems to be the "official" source, but don't quote me on this! http://www.pcidatabase.com/ If I'm reading this correctly then "1039" means Silicon Integrated Systems, and "5513" means SiS5571/558x/559x PCI IDE Controller. I couldn't find any reference to "0182". The closest was "0180" which refers to an SiS180 IDE UDMA Controller.
