There are 2 listed mirrors in USA atm. :)
To check if they have rsync is more or less just a "rsync hostname::"
away.
But I could add an indicator column in the mirror list, maybe.

You cant get a push, so no push mirror for you.
Push actually needs an incoming ssh connection which signals your system
to start the mirror job. So only cronjob left for you. I suggest two
times a day or more.
