Please note, that there are two different kind of chips on different versions of the board. Some use the realtek chip which should work fine, but others use the (on paper) better ca0106 chip from Creative (also referred to as SB live! 24 bit). I have the board with the ca0106 chip, which needs alsa 1.0.9 to work. It is not that big a problem, but I don't think it has been included in the kernel yet, so you may need to compile it yourself to make it work. /Jacob -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.1 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFCvLIeiAWIAI3xXVYRAty1AJ4rc3uhbxGVtmV7yJExcAsYvQ8MtwCbB35T NROyx/uh0LI+FN45dcwzN7w= =RIyZ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
