I can answer that myself now :) In chroot. After installing msttcorefonts in chroot all is fine. Very strange. Maybe another font package would have also solved the problem. But perhaps it's worth mentioning in the HOWTO. As well as the fact that you certainly need Alsa installed on your host system if you want the sound from flashplayer, realplayer or mplayer from chroot. If not you will get strange sound effects.
