The package gnome-system-tools have a file that is in the content of
knetworkconf_4%3a3.5.0-4_amd64.deb, both package couldn't be installed
in the same time, that's a usual problem in sid and you must expect
another issues...
if you are a new debian user you must stay with sarge...
