I got it solved! You have to extract the files in the following order:
1. wtp-all-in-one-sdk-R-1.5.1-200609230508-linux-gtk.tar.gz 2. JEM-SDK-1.2.1.zip 3. GEF-SDK-3.2.1.zip 4. emf-sdo-xsd-SDK-2.2.1.zip 5. eclipse-SDK-3.2.1-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz Then Eclipse starts correctly. I hope it will also work correctly...
