This is clearly a bug in virtualbox. It should not be putting files in /usr/lib64, it should put them in /usr/lib instead. I suggest you first remove virtual box, then upgrade libc6, and then reinstall virtualbox. This is something you'll have to do until virtualbox is fixed.
