Ftp-master seems to have been overeager in removing stuff to make room for the old monolithic ia32-libs re-upload. You can download the latest source from http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/i/ia32-libs-tools/ and build it yourself or wait for someone to sponsor an upload.
