I am planning to build my own computer . I have choosen to use intel i3 as my processor , I just want to know whether debian amd64 will be the right debian port If am to use intel i3 ? .
i have not yet bought the processor , so I would like to know whether 32-bit processor or 64-bit processor is recommended given the fact that I use only GNU/Linux based operating system .
