My note about ErrorDocuments specified in .htaccess not working in
contradiction to ErrorDocuments specified in <VirtualHost> configs is
incorrect. Both ways do not allow specifying:
ErrorDocument 404 /error/404.html
They both only allow ErrorDocuments that reside in your DocumentRoot.
