Hum ... this problem is due to the exclusion of the mysql DBD driver (http://apache.webthing.com/svn/apache/apr/apr_dbd_mysql.c) from the aprutil library because of licensing issue. (Cf INSTALL.MySQL in the source package ...)
Maybe this bug should be forwarded to the libapr team ...
