* Change to restart rather than reload in logrotate, to work round a nasty
PHP bug (PHP has bugs? *gasp* I thought it was perfect!) with thanks to
Adam Conrad for the suggestion
I hope someone can still remember the real reason - perhaps the
underlaying bug is now fixed?
