how to enable the cgi-bin

Hi,

 

i seem to be missing something, and would appreciate any/all help with this
problem -

 

I've got Apache 2.2.3 installed on a Debian 4.0 machine, and I've just
installed the Courier WebAdmin.  My problem is I can't seem to
properly/completely enable the cgi-bin.  This is what I added to my
apache2.conf file, but I seem to be missing something because the Courier
WebAdmin indicates a problem:

 

ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ "/usr/lib/cgi-bin/"

 

<Directory "/usr/lib/cgi-bin">

    AllowOverride None

    Options ExecCGI -MultiViews +SymLinksIfOwnerMatch

    Order allow,deny

    Allow from all

</Directory>

 

What else do I need to do to get the Courier WebAdmin to run properly?
