Bug#475510: Mod_proxy_balacer, the handler balancer-manager, seg fault when trying to edit a worker

I have tested mod_proxy_balancer.so from 
http://people.debian.org/~sf/468289/ and it seems to work.

You can mark the bug as a duplicate of the other one and close it.
(or whatever debian's error-handling says you should)
