Add libinti1.0 to the buildd queue

        Dear admins,
        
        libinti1.0 failed to be autobuilt in November 14. Yesterday, my sponsor
Otavio Salvador ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) built it cleanly in one of the arm
Debian machines. I'd like you to add libinti1.0 to the buildd queue so
it can be tried again.
