Hi. I'm a seller on eBay. About 70% of my customers
pay through my paypal debit card. Would like to apply for a paypal Visa, but I
don't know how to do so to be sure I'm dealing with paypal instead of someone
else trying to get my social security # etc. Need to know how to apply for one.
