Perhaps I kind of solved that problem: Searching my old server for configs, I found out, that I've overwritten the DNS server in dhclient.conf: supersede domain-name-servers *ISP-DNS-IP* so that the router won't make DNS for my server anymore. I think, I did that because of this problem with resolving DNS to 1.0.0.0.
