i'm replying to my own post. :-)
i just reactivated my old slug to test stuff. both, the nslu2 and
n2100 are running etch w/ debian kernel 2.6.18-4. nothing special,
100% pure debian.
on the nslu2, dvb works fine, on the n2100 the mentioned kernel bug
appears. so my solution for now is to run the nslu2 along the n2100
just for streaming and recording tv.
