Apologies for following up to my own post, but thinking more about
the question it struck me that it's a bit silly to layer LVM on top
of RAID0. Apart from maintaining symmetry it doesn't seem to have
a lot of point because LVM alone provides all you need in this
case. Just create partitions and add them as Physical Volumes
(PVs) to your Volume Group (VG).
