I've got a first version of the program to upload images to the media vault in recovery mode.

Invoke it with the name of an image file to upload. It waits to hear from a device waiting for recovery. It then sends the proscribed image file. My MV won't entry recovery mode, so I haven't been able to test that this works to start recovery. I have verifyed that u-boot can receive an image this way using the rcvr command.
