I hadn't noticed, but you're right; even the MMC card is faster (19MB/sec). I'm still getting lots of errors for the mtdblock devices, and an attempt to write a new kernel failed somehow (u-boot crashes when trying to read it). I notice you're using RAID5 --- how many disks is that? My experiments showed that while I get reasonable write performance on 3 disks, adding the fourth reduces it to about 1MB/s. [...] > Thank you for this kernel :) Indeed! However, is the kernel.conf for it available anywhere? I need to build some external modules and want to set my source up correctly. - -- ┌─── dg@cowlark.com ───── http://www.cowlark.com ───── │ │ "People who think they know everything really annoy those of us who │ know we don't." --- Bjarne Stroustrup -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFKKm4uf9E0noFvlzgRAjnwAJ4/Ey0AOcqKgJqEsjrNX2Yda5SLywCfe6PY hcBVajtGmj21FGiCXN+JMVg= =WGmP -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
