I've just installed Debian on my Iomega ix2-200 using the OpenRD installer and arcNumber 1682 (the ix2-200 identifies itself as such during it's factory boot sequence). I tried several times, unsuccessfully, using the "correct" arcNumber 3119, but Uboot failed with "data abort" when trying to load the kernel and initrd images. The only things that don't work is flashing the kernel and controlling the fan. The second being the biggest problem, as the thing tends to run very hot after a while... Guess one could flash the kernel by hand, if one knows the correct device name/adress..? Unless anyone knows how to control the fan on ix2-200, I guess I'll manually short it "on" for the time being...
