It'll still be v4t for wheezy. We'll review it again for the next release. It'll stay v4t whilst there are still a significant number of users. What chips are you using that are v4t? There are a few more useful instructions which should amount to a few percent speed improvement, but the gains are not exciting, which does suggest leaving it at v4t until really no-one cares anymore.
