Compiling the same source in two different environments can result in
two different packages.
Within the official debian archive compbianations of package
name/version/architecture name are gauranteed to be unique with binnmu
versions used to indicate multiple builds of the same source in
different environments but as soon as you move outside the offiicial
debian archive that gaurantee no longer holds.
