Apparently you are not using NAND, but a layer over the top of it.
Basically the same as a USB stick. In both cases there are custom
wear-leveling mechanisms between the filesystem and the raw NAND
device. As a result you can use any filesystem. FS2FS is the one that
is designed for use in this situation.
