The main place is [email protected] (moderated for non-subscribers). The Linux MAINTAINERS file also lists Jason Cooper <[email protected]>, Andrew Lunn <[email protected]> and Sebastian Hesselbarth <[email protected]> for "ARM/Marvell Dove/MV78xx0/Orion SOC support" which I think is the right slot of Sheeva.
