Sorry, I didn't apply your patch right, and after the fix, kernel 4.4 can boot from LS-WTGL with no problem. The patch means the following 2 lines apply to LS-WTGL entry of flash-kernel's machine db. -U-Boot-Kernel-Address: 0x00008000 +U-Boot-Kernel-Address: 0x00c08000 I also confirmed after applying the patch, all 3 mentioned kernels are bootable. > - jessie-backports: linux-image-4.3.0-0.bpo.1-orion5x (4.3.3-2~bpo8+1) > => boot OK > - sid: linux-image-4.3.0-1-orion5x (4.3.3-5) => boot OK > - experimental: linux-image-4.4.0-rc8-orion5x (4.4~rc8-1~exp1) => boot OK I'll send my patch regarding to LS-WTGL to Bug#809476 later.
