Looking at that Xorg log,

[    8.207707] etnaviv-gpu 2204000.gpu: hw init failed: -6   << I think
this is going to be an issue,

What all is required to get etnaviv going?,  from what I believe its still
not mainline kernel ( yet ) .. is there a patch or something in testing
perhaps.  If you like I have this device and would gladly go through these
things also ..

Could we get a document of sorts uptogether about whats been done and or
what all install steps have been done ( in full ) up to this point...

Il do some digging on etnaviv and what not to see if the module / stuff can
be done out of kernel as a module ( most likely ) but I would think it has
in kernel deps ...
