I was planning to build our favorite desktop on arm64 for fun, but being preoccupied now, could move forward, so this topic is intrigueing me as to what architecture to start and build under debian. Interesting it says here arm64 https://www.debian.org/releases/oldstable/i386/ch02s01.html.en but here aarch64 https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/ But https://www.debian.org/releases/oldstable/arm64/index.html.en and another but aarch64 links to https://www.debian.org/ports/arm/ where you can go to https://wiki.debian.org/Arm64Port Crazy! No wonder I got confused. So what can the community rule out here. Is it aarch64 and arm64 the same or not? thanks regards
