Your question is answered in section 2c. "Supported Distributions" on the 
[1]Contribute page about Debian backports. You uploaded your backport to Suite 
bookworm-backports, which mandates no higher version than what is available in 
trixie. If you want to backport a version that is only available in forky, 
please use bookworm-backports-sloppy instead.

However, please note that the backport suites are not meant to be used for 
fixing bugs. Users of bookworm (oldstable) should be recommended to upgrade to 
trixie (stable). This release is still supported via the stable 
[2]proposed-updates mechanism.
