Hi Alex, that version won't help, nvidia-kernel-dkms is also not compiling on testing; there hasn't been a new version in months. Not just about testing, the experimental version is also not compiling with recent kernels.
If you look at https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/nvidia-graphics-drivers you'll see that nvidia-graphics-drivers is currently marked for autoremoval on 10 July due to it being outdated. Also note that the newest Nvidia-packaged drivers dropped support for GeForce GTX 10 Series, which impacts many users.
