Hello,

As Vince said, we get this question every couple of weeks. Sure, you
could search the list archives, but it would be nice to have some
cohesive and reasonable-to-read body of getting started documentation.

Does the following URL help?

http://lyre.mit.edu/~powell/debian-howto/

It may move to Debian Planet at some point, and when a permanent home is
decided, I might investigate a link from beowulf.org and/or
debian.org/doc so that more people will start there instead of coming to
the list for where to start.

In the meantime, contributions and feedback welcome.

Zeen,
