I don't think the kernel modules will be your big problem: rather, it's the kernel patching that makes it tough. lm_sensors, for example, has a module-only option, which makes packaging it a bit easier (download lm_sensors-source, rebuild against your kernel, go), but even that becomes a pain. (as long as i rebuild, why not install from source altogether?). I don't know of other debian packages that distribue kernel patches.
