we're talking about making sure deamons aren't migrated by MOSIX yes? what I did: [EMAIL PROTECTED] cd /etc/init.d [EMAIL PROTECTED] perl -pi -e 's/start-stop-deamon/mosrun\ -h\ start-stop-deamon/;' * restart whatever you're worried about. according to the docs mosrun will simply 'exec' the commands if in a non-mosix environment, for now I'm taking that on trust :) -Jon
