In the latest version of the code, we are including all the above mentioned metrics except 'bugs closed' but that is in our to-do list and we will be working on that soon. You don't need to include any team explicitly now, we have already included most teams (hopefully!). We are just measuring the top 12 (?) contributors to a team in a given year for these graphs, however you will be able to adjust that according to what you require. If you are interested in knowing more, we gave a talk at DebConf this year about our project, 'Measuring Team Performance'.
