FWIW, I fully agree. I'm not happy to see the new desktop selection in tasksel, even though I can understand why some people want to see this. In my opinion, adding Blends is definitely taking things too far. Most users will have no clue what it's about, even if we add an explanation of what a "blend" is. We've worked hard for years to improve the installation experience and I fear the new tasksel selection will add a lot of confusion for users. -- Martin Michlmayr http://www.cyrius.com/
