The hd-media image no longer boots on my main test box (HP thin client). Immediate reboot after syslinux finishes loading the initrd and kernel. Netboot still works ok.
I turned off upx, and that fixed the issue. And yeah, we're upxing this image too, it's built by the same code path that builds the floppy. I'm going to disable upx. We don't need it for the hd-media image anyway. (I had earlier this week seen a hd-media image fail to boot on a HP^WLenovo laptop. I am not sure that was the same problem tho.) -- see shy jo
